TAPESTRY PANTS/SWEATERS

At THREADS BY SAHARA, my pieces are designed in Richmond, CA and made by myself. Each piece is made to order to fit each customer the way that they would like. Due to busy schedule and high volume orders please allow 2-3 weeks for all orders to be made and begin shipping! I always aim to start shipping the pieces out ASAP! All made to order pieces are final order. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email me for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Thank you for supporting slow fashion and wearable art. I appreciate your patience!

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. THREADS BY SAHARA is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

Shipping Rates & Times:

First Class (US only): Calculated base rate arrives is 3 business days

Priority Mail (US only): 2 business days

Priority Express (US only): Calculated base rate arrives in 1-2 business days

 

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. THREADS BY SAHARA is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders. 

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS. THREADS BY SAHARA will not be obligated to handle such issues. For more information please contact sahararae04@gmail.com

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (THREADS BY SAHARA) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. 

IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL FEDEX CENTER FOR PICK UP.  IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (THREADS BY SAHARA) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THEIR ORDER.
