Q: Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

A: Each tapestry piece is made to order. I am a one woman team and have to make each order myself. Please allow 3-5 weeks for each order to be shipped out

Q: How do I get a custom piece?

A: You can either place an order through my website where I will send you an email to discuss what piece you want made or you can send me a DM on Instagram (@threadsbysahara) and we can discuss your custom piece.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: For all Tapestry pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be shipped. For all ready to wear pieces, they will be shipped out within 2 business days. After it is shipped it will take 2-5 businesses days for you to receive it 

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?

A: I do not accept returns on customized pieces or order cancellations after an order has been placed.
